The Louisiana College Access Network (LACAN)

The Louisiana College Access Network (LACAN) plays a central role in advancing statewide improvements in college-going. Louisiana is home to a rich ecosystem of college access professionals—school counselors, admissions officers, and community-based organizations—who are constantly identifying new strategies to spur college enrollment. LACAN strengthens this work by fostering connections among professionals and programs operating in all corners of the state.

Convening—the core of network-building—is where this work continues. On February 25, 2026, a series of quarterly convenings will begin with an in-person event in Baton Rouge. Convenings are completely open to the public. If you are committed to improving college access in Louisiana, we hope you will join us. Register at the link below.

Note: If you are unable to attend our convening, but would like to receive updates on future LACAN events, use the registration link to join our list serv.
